In
the
1900s
several
books
were
written
about
hunting
in
Lakeland,
the
most
well
known
of
these
authors
was
Richard
Clapham
who
wrote
a
series
of
books,
which
still
stand
the
test
of
time.
These
were
illustrated
with
pictures
taken
with
his
camera.
Some
of
these
pictures
are
of
recognisable
places
and
the
object
of
this
section
is
to
show
how
little
the
sites
have
changed
since
these
original
pictures
were
taken.
